Mana
Owner & Creative Director · Swansea & CardiffMana founded Replay in 2014 to bring world-class hair to South Wales without the attitude. Colour is her obsession — she's a freelance educator for Goldwell and Kerasilk, so she's usually the one teaching the new techniques before they reach your Instagram feed. She also has an MBA, which is why the coffee's always on time. Away from the salon she's ruled entirely by two Persian cats.

Ana-Maria
Twenty-plus years behind the chair and still the person other stylists ask. Ana-Maria's balayage is the soft, expensive-looking kind that grows out beautifully, and her cutting is precise to the millimetre. Warm, calm, and very hard to leave.
Raluca
Raluca reads a client like a book — she'll work out the cut that suits your life, not just your face. Brilliant with colour and seamless with extensions, she's the one to see if you want a change that still feels like you.
Saghar
Saghar is the friendly face who'll have you chatting like old friends before your gown's even on. She has a serious eye for detail — not a hair leaves her chair out of place — and she's always on top of the latest trends. Off the salon floor she's either planning her next trip or shopping for it, and nobody's sure which she enjoys more.
Mehrnoosh
Officially a stylist, unofficially our Vibe Creator. Mehrnoosh brings big energy, glossy colour and the bounciest blow-dries in South Wales. Book her if you want to leave the salon feeling as good as your hair looks.

She recently went travelling, kept her scissors busy on the road and somehow ended up working on a mango farm. Back home she's happiest out walking or lost in a craft project. Perms and hair-ups? Not her thing — for now!

How do I book?

Can I book a specific stylist?
Yes. Every stylist on our Team page has their own Book button that opens their diary.
Do I need a patch test before colour?
Yes — a free patch test at least 48 hours before any colour. It's valid for six months unless your health, medication or colour brand changes. You can book it online.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50%, and no-shows at 100%. Our stylists' time is reserved just for you, so thank you for letting us know early.
Are your prices fixed?
Our prices are “from” prices. Your stylist confirms the exact price at consultation before anything starts.
Do you have a Welsh-speaking stylist?
Yes — Megan at our Cardiff salon is a fluent Welsh speaker. Croeso!
Where do you do threading and waxing?
At our Cardiff salon on St Mary Street.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes — buy them online for Swansea or Cardiff on our Gift vouchers page, and they're emailed straight away. You can also buy them in either salon.
